Refund & Cancellation
Policy

At Arbora Restaurant, we value your time and strive to provide the best dining experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for reservations, events, and online payments.


1. Table Reservations

  • Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 24 hours before the booking time without any charges.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).


2. Prepaid Bookings & Events

  • For special events, private dining, or group bookings, a deposit or full advance payment may be required.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72–24 hours of the event will incur a 50% charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.


3. Online Orders (if applicable)

  • Once an online food order is confirmed and prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Refunds may be processed only if:

    • The order was cancelled before preparation.

    • The wrong order was delivered.

    • There was a failed payment or technical error.


4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Arbora is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party platforms.


5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), Arbora reserves the right to cancel reservations or events. Guests will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund.
